ンスプールの移動量に比例して制御絞りの開口面積を定
め、当該制御絞りによってカウンターフａ一時の制御を
するカウンターバランス弁において、上記メインスプー
ルの両端をダンパ室に臨ませるとともに、これら両ダン
パ室を互いに連通させ、しかも上記ダンパ室内における
メインスプールの受圧面積を相違させ、その受圧面積差
によって当該メインスプールの推力を得る関係にし、さ
らに上記タンパ室の流出入口にタンバイリフイスを設け
てなり、さらに上記ダンパ室に圧力を導く流路を切換え
るパイロット流路切換バルブを設けるとともに、このパ
イロット流路切換バルブは、ソレノイドを励磁したとき
にのみ、カウンター負荷圧を上記ダンパ室に導き、カウ
ンターバランス弁としての機能を解除する構成１′：、
