  1. 長さ振動を利用する短冊型圧電共振子において、圧電磁
    器基板の一方の主電極面に長手方向に平行に、該圧電磁
    器基板の幅方向の中央から該圧電磁器基板の幅の３％以
    上ずれた位置に溝を設けたことを特徴とする圧電共振子
    。
