    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. プラテンと、このプラテンに対向配置されＸ軸゛および
    Ｙ軸周フォーサを有するモータ部とからなる平面パルス
    モータにおいて、前記モータ部を、Ｘ軸周フォーサのみ
    をもつＸ軸周モータと、Ｙ軸周フォーサのみをもつＹ軸
    周モータと、これらＸ軸、Ｙ軸周モータの一方を該軸方
    向に移動可能に連結する連結部とから構成し、該モータ
    部を前記プラテン面上で回転可能としたことを特徴とす
    る平面パルスモータ。
