Description

【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図及び第２図はいずれも従来の回路しゃ断器を示す
もので、第１図はその側断面図、第２図はすの動作特性
図である。第３図〜第６図はいずれもこの考案の一実施
例を示すもので、第３図はその接点接合状態を示す側断
面図、第４図はその接点開離状態を示す側断面図、第５
図は大きな過電流が流れた場合のその過電流引きはずし
装置の動作状態を示す側断面図、第６図は小さな過電流
が流れた場合のその過電流引きはずし装置の動作状態を
示す側断面図、第７図はこの考案の他の実施例を示す要
部側面図である。 図中、３ａは固定接点、６はバイメタル、６ａはバイメ
タルの自由端、７は固定支持部材、９は引きはずし杆、
１４は開閉機構、１４ａは係止部材、１６は可動接触子
、１６ａは可動接点、１６ｂは　　　　−折曲部、１７
は絶縁部材である。なお、各図中、同一符号は同一また
は相当部分を示す。

Claims (4)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）係止部材を有した開閉機構、この開閉機構を介し
    て固定接点に対して離接する可動接点を一端に有した弾
    性導電材よりなる可動接触子、この可動接触子の他端に
    一端が固着され、且つ上記可動接触子の一部と逆方向の
    電流が流れるように上記可動接触子の一部に対向して略
    平行に配置されたバイメタル、このバイメタルの自由端
    に対向して配置され、且つ上記開閉機構の係止部材と常
    時係止し回動自在に枢支された引きはずし杆、上記バイ
    メタルと略平行に形成された上記可動接触子の一部を固
    着する固定支持部材を備え、過電流通電時には上記バイ
    メタルの自由端によって、上記引きはずし杆が回動され
    、上記開閉機構の係止部材と上記引きはずし杆の係止が
    解かれて上記可動接点が固定接点から開離されることを
    特徴とする回路しゃ断器。
  2. （２）可動接触子に折曲された折曲部を設け、この折曲
    部と上記バイメタルが略平行に配置されたことを特徴と
    する実用新案登録請求の範囲第（１）項記載の回路しゃ
    断器。
  3. （３）可動接触子の折曲部と上記バイメタルのいずれか
    の一端を折曲して固着したことを特徴とする実用新案登
    録請求の範囲第（２）項記載の回路しや断器。
  4. （４）　　互いに略平行に配置された上記可動接触子と
    バイメタルとの間に絶縁部材を介在させたことを特徴と
    する実用新案登録請求の範囲第（３）項記載の回路しゃ
    断器。
