切換えるとともに外気温が低温になると冷媒回路を燃焼
熱源ヒートポンプ回路に切換える外気温サーモスイッチ
と室温が高温になると圧縮機の運転を停止するとともに
室温が低温になると圧縮機を運転させる室温サーモスイ
ッチを有し、外気温が高温になった際に室温が低温であ
る場合には冷媒回路の切換を行わない制御回路を備えた
