た筒状の突設部を設けて減速歯車装置の歯部外周面を包
囲する構成とし、さらに減速歯車とオーバランニングク
ラッチとの間に位置して、その中央部が出力回転軸に嵌
着され、外周部が上記前部機枠の内壁面及び上記筒状の
突設部の側端面との間で微少間隙を形成するように配設
された円板を備えたことを特徴とする内部減速型スター
