Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 この発明は、数本の塩化ビニル管を用い、最長管は一端
を焦熱処理し、竹の節溝毎に切断したような中空の節管
を予定の長さにつくり、長さの順に直列に連結固着する
塩化ビニル竹であり、加工工程を簡易にし、主に、従来
用いられてきた尺八製管の性成わりにしようとするもの
である。
したがって、塩化ビニル竹尺八製管の実施の一例をあげ
ながら説明すると、後記する例のよ外径26mmの塩化
ビニル管1を静かに回しながら、最長管は一端外周辺を
、その他の管は両端外周辺を、無煙の火炎上に1例えば
家庭用ガス器具の中央目盛よりやや弱めの火炎」7約5
cmでは2分位かざし、熱で軟化した部分の管端夕3−
(則稜線1′ が焦げ始め2mm位盛り上がって111
1mm位の焦茶色の節状に変化したとき、平板上に移し
直立させて置き、軟化した部分を冷まし固める。この焦
熱処理で両端が節状になった節管は、2〜3mm短縮す
るので、塩化ビニル骨切断時9薗端で3mmの短縮分を
見積り加え最長管には予備aとして約2mmつけ加えつ
ぎのようにするとよい。例えば、Cm単位で1.8+0
.3,7.5−+0.3,10.0+0.3,14.1
+0.3,20.0+0.1十aの長さに塩化ビニル管
を切断して前記した通り焦熱処理し、管端を少し平らに
削ると、Cm単位で約、  1.8. 7.5. 10
.0. 14..1゜20.0+aの5本の節管2をつ
くることができる。なおこのうちの14.ICmの節管
は。
後の中継4工作時のこで切断され約1mm消失する分を
含んでいる。
こうした節管を長いまたは短い順に直列に接着剤で連結
固着して継目の溝の両側に焦茶色の節を形成した塩化ビ
ニル竹3にする。
できた竹で全長約53.4Cm十aの塩化ビニル竹は、
中継部分の切断をし、その継目の外側に中継管をかぶせ
中継4を工作する。つぎに。
管類部外側に補助管5′ をかぶせ固着して、歌口斜面
と下あご当ての斜面が交わる割線部分の中点5″から深
さ5 m m強にする第2図に示すような歌口5を切断
工作し全長約53.3Cmにする。また、指孔は、直径
1]、mmにし、骨灰6からCm単位で約1表孔7の1
1.5,16.6,21.6,27.6.裏孔7′の3
0.6を中心にドリルし、塩化ビニル竹3の部間に配置
する製管である。
ところでこの塩化ビニル竹の製管は、銀ねずの部間と焦
茶色の節でもよいが、ラッカーなどのゴールドを塗布す
るのも豪華でよい。なおこの尺への筒音はD音で、平均
律音程での吹奏が楽な番孔の原音である。
このように1本発明は、切1析した塩化ビニル管を焦熱
処理し、予定通り種種の長さの節管をつくり連結構成す
る加工工程で、多様に竹をかたどり視覚的効果があり家
庭用器具工具でもできる簡易な塩化ビニル竹の製管だか
ら5尺八。
笛などの民族的吹奏楽器製管にも利用できる。
性成わりの簡便なものである。
