    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 発光ダイオード素子を埋設した透光性樹脂部およびこの
    ダイオード素子に直列接続の電流制限回路部品を埋設し
    た不透光性樹脂部を電源端子の導出とともに一体成形に
    より構成し、前記電流制限回路部品を前記電源端子に印
    加する電圧に拘らず略一定の光量で発光させるように設
    定したことを特徴とする発光ダイオード装置。
