Claims (1)
形成される検出トラックが上記回折格子部の個数を異に
して複数種配されるとともに、回動手段に装着されるよ
うにされた回転板と、光源と該光源からの光ビームを複
数の光ビームに分ける回折格子とを有し、上記回折格子
からの複数の光ビームを上記回転板の上記複数種の検出
トラックに夫々入射せしめる投光部と、上記複数の光ビ
ームが上記回動手段により回動された上記回転板の上記
複数種の検出トラックに夫々入射せしめられて得られる
複数の反射光ビームを受けて、上記複数種の検出トラッ
クの夫々に応じた出力が得られるように配された、複数
の受光素子が一体的に形成されてなる受光部と、該受光
部からの複数の出力のうちの少なくとも1つを選択的に
取り出し、取り出された出力にもとすいて上記回動手段
