Claims (1)
器からなる電解液槽陽極内に電解液が満たされ、この電
解液槽陽極中に陰極が設けられ、この陰極に接続された
陰極用接続リード線を前記電解液槽陽極に絶縁して設け
られた絶縁出力端子を介して取出し、前記陰極と電解液
槽陽極間に流れるガルバニ電流を抵抗両端にかかる電圧
として取出し、この電圧値により、隔膜に接する気体あ
るいは液体中のガス濃度を測定することを特徴とする電
