安定化電圧を取出す電圧安定化回路において、該非安定
化電源と該第２のトランジスタとの接続点と、該第２の
トランジスタの出力端子との間に抵抗とダイオードとを

続し、かつ、該抵抗と該ダイオードとの接続点を該第１
のトランジスタの制御端子に接続してなる電圧安定化回
