Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ２枚のアルミニウム薄板の間に強度部材兼用の無機系断
    熱材を配して成る三層構造のベースプレート部上に、内
    面側へけい素又はエポキシ樹脂系の耐熱接着剤を介しふ
    っ素乃至けい素樹脂板を内張すした断熱材二層構造で全
    体が四角形状のフレーム部を立設し、且つこのフレーム
    部の内側へ突設させたフランジに強度部材兼用の無機系
    断熱材三層構造の取付プレート部を設けて雄・雌両型各
    々の本体を形成し、この本体にその取付プレート部を介
    してアルミニウム製の雄又は雌成形部を取付は内側に一
    スチーム室を区画形成し且つ外側にコア又はキャビティ
    を形成したことを特徴とするスチロール樹脂の発泡成形
    用金型。
