    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 一方側より玉ねぎを供給して他方側より排出できる切断
    通路の内方には玉ねぎの実部を搬送する搬送ベルトをそ
    わせて延設し、その内方上下には玉ねぎの茎部を切断す
    る円板形茎用カッターと根部を切断する円板杉板用カッ
    ターをそれぞれ配設し、切断通路の上方には茎部が突出
    したーまま移動できる溝を形成するとともに、該溝の両
    側上方には一定高さの安全用ガイド体をそわせて突設し
    構成したことを特徴とする玉ねぎの根茎切断装置。
