本発明は金属線を挿入した成形品の製造法に関するもの

を曲け切断したのち、これをモールド型内に挿入して成

つた。本発明の目的は、上記した従来技術の欠点をなく
し、折わ曲け部を有する金属線の両側部をそれぞれ挿入
した金属線と成形品の組合わせ部材の多数個の製造に際

がそわぞれ1個分である。次に、金属線4,5をCで示
す部分で切断し、第2図bに示すように直角に折り曲け
る。次に、折り曲げられた金属線4,5の折曲け部をは
さんで第1の成形品が形成されていない部分を、突起6
を有する下側成形品7に設けた溝8に圧入し、また金属
線4,5の一部につぶし部9をそれぞわ設ける〔第2図
c〕。最後に、下側成形品7の突起6にしめしろをもつ
て案内さわる穴10を有する上側成形品11に、下側成
形品7を圧入して嵌合する。第3図は第2図cのつぶし
部9を含むX−X線で断面した図を示す。本発明のごと
く、上下嵌合成形品を一方の成形品即ち第2の成形品と
して用いることにより、他方の成形品即ち第1の成形品
3は連続成形を行うことができ、この第1成形品の形成
後バリ取りなどの後処理を行つた後、金属線を切断、折
り曲けしてから成形によらず嵌合で形成される第2の成
形品を金属線と一体形成し、こ≧わによつて目的の金属

連続成形することができ、また後工程への運搬や後処理

線と、前記金属線の折り曲げ部の一方側を挿入した第1
の成形品と、他方側を挿入した第2の成形品とを有する
ところの金属線を挿入した成形品の製造法において、直
線状の金属線に所定間隔を隔てて第1の成形品を多数連
続成形したのち、金属線を所定の部分で切断して第1の
成形品に金属線が挿入された単体をつくり、該金属線を
折り曲げ、折り曲げ部の一方側金属線部分に第1の成形
品を位置させ、他方側金属線部分を、溝を有する下側成
形品と、この下側成形品と嵌合する上側成形品とではさ
み、該金属線を該溝へ圧入すると共に上下側成形品を互
に嵌合させることにより第2の成形品を得ることを特徴
とする金属線を挿入した成形品の製造法。 2 第2の成形品の嵌合成形以前に、金属線の一部につ
ぶし部を設け、このつぶし部が上側又は下側成形品と係
合するようにし、これにより成形後の第2の成形品が金
