However, in this conventional method, since the metal wire 1 is bent and cut in the previous process, it is impossible to mold a large number of pieces in succession, and the metal wire 1 must be inserted into the mold after each shot. There was a drawback that the molded product 2 had to be taken out, and that it had to be transported to the subsequent process and post-processed one by one. An object of the present invention is to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art, and to enable continuous molding when manufacturing a large number of combined members of a metal wire and a molded product, each of which has a bent part inserted on both sides. To provide possible manufacturing methods.

In order to achieve this object, in the present invention, first, a first molded product is continuously molded into a comb shape using a straight metal wire. Next, the metal wire is cut at a predetermined portion, and the metal wire inserted into the first molded product is bent to create a bent portion. Finally, the bent metal wire is sandwiched between a lower molded product having a protrusion and an upper molded product having a hole that fits into the protrusion, and is press-fitted to obtain a second molded product. Also, before the press-fitting of the second molded product, a crushed part is provided in a part of the metal wire so that the crushed part engages with the upper or lower molded product, and after the press-fitting, the second molded product is made of metal. It is made to not move in the longitudinal direction with respect to the line. An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. 2a-c and 3. FIG.

First, as shown in FIG. 2a, the first molded product 3 is continuously molded in a comb shape using straight metal wires 4 and 5. Continuous molding here means that the metal wire is fed without being cut, and one or more first molded products are sequentially formed as the metal wire is fed, and that after the molding This also includes work such as deburring. The portions indicated by arrows A and B in the figure are for one piece each. Next, the metal wires 4 and 5 are cut at the portion indicated by C and bent at right angles as shown in FIG. 2b. Next, the portion where the first molded product is not formed is placed between the bent portions of the bent metal wires 4 and 5 with the protrusion 6
The metal wires 4 and 5 are press-fitted into grooves 8 provided in the lower molded product 7, and crushed portions 9 are provided in portions of the metal wires 4 and 5, respectively [Fig. 2c]. Finally, the lower molded product 7 is press-fitted into the upper molded product 11, which has a hole 10 that guides the protrusion 6 of the lower molded product 7 with an interference. FIG. 3 shows a cross-sectional view taken along the line XX including the crushed portion 9 of FIG. 2c. As in the present invention, by using a top-bottom fitting composite molded product as one molded product, that is, the second molded product, the other molded product, that is, the first molded product 3, can be continuously molded, and this first molded product can be continuously molded. After the product is formed, post-processing such as deburring is performed, the metal wire is cut and bent, and a second molded product is integrally formed with the metal wire by fitting without molding. The desired combination of metal wire and molded product can be obtained by crocheting.

As described above, according to the present invention, a metal wire and a molded product having a first molded product into which one side of the metal wire having a bent portion in the middle is inserted, and a second molded product into which the other side is inserted. When manufacturing a large number of combination members, the first molded product is molded using a straight metal wire, and the second molded product is also formed with a top-bottom fitting composite molded product. The products can be continuously molded, and many products can be transported and processed at the same time.
