れる係合突片をもつ作動レバーを固定し、同レバーシャ
フトによりセレクトされたシフトフォークとともにフォ
ークシャフトがシフト移動されるように構成され、さら
に、フォークシャフトとトランスミッションケースとの
間にはフォークシャフトを所定のニュートラル位置およ
びシフト位置にて仮止めしうる節度機構を装設してなる
シフト機構であって、しかも、作動レバーの係合突片に
は、シフトヘッドの保合溝と衝合しうる衝撃吸収性の緩
