CONSTITUTION:Energizing an electromagnet 24 with a continuous rating current in time of engine's low speed rotation, when an auxiliary flywheel body 20 is attracted to a flywheel body 16, mass in a flywheel 10 grows large equivalently with the sum total of mass in both these flywheel bodies 20 and 16, so that rotational irregularities are in no case produced there, and when the auxiliary flywheel body 20 is separated from the flywheel body 16 after unenergizing the electromagnet 24 in time of speed adjustment, the mass of the flywheel 10 comes small equivalently only to the mass of the flywheel body 16 whereby no adverse effect is given to its adjustable speed characteristic.
