入した液晶等より成る液晶画像ディスプレ一部と、該液
晶画像ディスプレ一部にボンディングによって駆動用信
号を送る回路基板との周辺を複数種類のモールド剤でモ
ールドしたことを特徴とする液晶画像ディスプレー周辺
構造。 ゛（２）前記モールド剤が前記ホンディング部周辺に塗
布するものと、それ以外の部分に塗布するものとで種類
が異なることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１
項記載の液晶画像ディスプレー周辺構造。 （３） 前記表示用基板上のボンディング用パッドを
すべて４角（コーナー）に配置し、該４角には硬化後固
着力を有するモールド剤を塗布し、その他４辺には固着
力を有しないかまたは固着力の小さいモールド剤を塗布
したことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記
