Conventionally, in order to assemble a box 1 as shown in FIG.
As shown in the figure, dowel holes 5 were formed in the end faces of the top plate 2 and the bottom plate 3, and in the upper and lower inner surfaces of the side plate 4 that abutted the end faces, respectively, and dowels 6 were driven into these dowel holes 5. A back plate 7 is then attached to the obtained box body 1.

An embodiment of the present invention will be explained based on FIGS. 3 to 9. That is, as shown in FIGS. 3 to 5, this box body and its manufacturing method form a box body 11 from side plates 8 degrees, a top plate 9, and a bottom plate 10, and A resin 14 is injected into grooves 13 formed across adjacent plates to join the plates 8, 9, and 10 together, and the corner 12 is formed into a curved shape.

The groove portion 13 is formed on the side plate 8. A notch 15 as shown in FIG. 6 is provided at the inner edge of each inclined end surface of the top plate 9 and bottom plate 10, and by butting the end surfaces 16 against each other during assembly, the notches 15 formed on both end surfaces meet. It is formed in the large corner portion 12.

The resin 14 injected into the groove 13 has a viscosity that allows it to be injected into the groove 13, and is highly curable.
Any material may be used as long as it has excellent adhesion to 10 and can be cured to form a structure by itself. As such resins, for example, two-component black-and-white resins such as urethane resins and Epoquine resins, thermosetting resins such as polyester, and thermoplastic resins such as acrylic resins can also be used.

To form the box body 11, each plate 8, 9.degree. 10 is attached to each inner surface of the frame 17 as shown in FIG. 7 to obtain the box body 11. At this time, since the notches 15 of a predetermined shape are provided in the inner edges of the end surfaces of each plate 8.9.10 as described above, the box body 11 is formed simultaneously, and each adjacent plate of the large corner 12 is A groove 13 is formed over 8.9.10 (see FIG. 8).

After forming the box body 11, a rubber bag 18 is placed inside the box body 11, air is introduced into the rubber bag 18 to inflate it, and the rubber bag 18 is crimped to the inner wall surface of the box body 11 to fix each plate 8°, 9, and 10. do. In this way, a space 19 is formed in the large corner 12 of the box body 11 by the outer surface of the inflated rubber bag 18 and the groove 13, as shown in FIG.
By injecting and filling the resin 14 into the box 9 and curing it, the adjacent plates 8, 9, 10 of the box body 11 can be joined into one body. Moreover, since the rubber bag 18 has a curved surface at the large corner 12, the inner corner 12 of the obtained box can be curved at the same time as joining. Since the pressure pressing the box body 11 of the rubber bag 18 is uniform throughout the large corner portions 12, the curved shapes of the large corner portions are all the same, and the appearance is not impaired. Furthermore, the use of the rubber bag 18 has the advantage that the equipment cost is lower than when each plate is fixed by an internal pressing machine. As the rubber bag 18, a releasable rubber material such as silicone rubber can be used, for example.

(5) In addition, the inside corner 12 of the box body is fitted with the conventional box body 1 shown in Figure 1.
Since there are no joints 24 as seen in the above, and it is completely sealed with resin 14, it is possible to prevent the infiltration of sewage, etc., and it is extremely hygienic and preferable for use as a kitchen storage. It is.

Furthermore, in the manufacture of the box, the conventional joining method using dowels 6 required high accuracy in machining μ dowel holes, but in this example, each plate was passed through a molder in advance as shown in Fig. 6. Since only the notch 15 is formed, high accuracy is not required in the dowel hole machining, and the machining is extremely easy. In addition, the resin 14 filled in the groove 13
If a fast-curing resin (for example, a urethane resin with a curing time of about 5 seconds or about 10 minutes) is used, the box can be manufactured in a very short time.

Furthermore, since the large corner portion 12 of the box body is formed into a curved shape as described above, there is an advantage that cleaning of the inner surface of the box body becomes extremely easy.

(6) Another embodiment of the present invention will be described based on FIGS. 10 to 12. That is, as shown in FIGS. 10 to 12, this box body and its manufacturing method consist of two adjacent movable walls 20 and 21 and the remaining two fixed walls 22 and 23 as a frame body. B. The movable walls 20 and 21 are moved according to the size of the box body 11.

With this structure, a box of any size can be easily assembled by moving the movable walls 20, 21 as appropriate and changing the rubber bag 18' to an appropriate size accordingly. There is an effect. In addition, the movable wall 20.21 in this embodiment presses the box body 11' against the fixed wall 22.23 from the horizontal and vertical directions to firmly abut the end surfaces of each plate. There is no need to cover it completely with the frame 17 as in the example,
Therefore, even if the ends of the plates attached to the movable walls 20, 21 are exposed to the outside, there will be no problem in assembling the box. The rest is the same as the previous embodiment.
