PURPOSE:To eliminate the necessity for using a cooling seawater pump, by providing plural coolers to a marine gneine and utilizing a ship speed to cool cooling water, whose temperature is increased by a heat exchange in said cooler, through a central cooler bringing in seawater. CONSTITUTION:A lubricating oil cooler 8, piston cooling clear water cooler 9, fuel valve cooling clear water cooler 10 and a cylinder jacket clear water cooler 12 are connected to a main marine engine 13 respectively through pumps 3-6. Cooling water cooled by a central cooler 7 is supplied through a pump 2 to the lubricating oil cooler 8, piston cooling clear water cooler 9 and the fuel valve cooling clear water cooler 10. The central cooler 7 is protrusively provided below an outer shell of the ship bottom, and seawater is brought in by utilizing a ship speed, while at a trouble, selector valves 14b, 14c are opened and selector valves 14a, 14b are opened, then the seawater is directly introduced into a cooling system.
