  1. 遠心圧縮機のインペラ近傍の流入ダクト壁面に流体の圧
    力変動を検知する圧力センサを設け、前記遠心圧縮機に
    サージが発生する直前に前記流体に生じる特有の間欠的
    低周波圧力脈動を前記圧力センサを介して検知するよう
    にしたことを特徴とする遠心圧縮機のサージ検知装置。
