両筒部の嵌合状態において、前記リング状保合部4に対
して弾性係合可能な被係合部5を前記筒部3周面に周方
向に間隔を隔てて複数個突出形威し、前記リング状係合
部4と前記被係合部5とのエレメント抜け出し方向での
対向面をともに筒軸芯に対して垂直又はほぼ垂直な面に
