Industrial field of application This invention presses the peripheral part of a plate to prevent wrinkles or scratches from forming when molding with a press mold consisting of an upper mold and a lower mold. The present invention relates to a presser device that does this.

Prior Art It is said that it is extremely difficult to properly press the periphery of a plate material during a forming press; if the pressing force is too high, the plate material will break, and if it is too small, wrinkles will occur and the quality of processing will deteriorate.

When a strong elastic pressing force is desired during a slight displacement, for example, in the case of the present study, a displacement of approximately 1 to 2 rm, a spring is inappropriate, and rubber is inappropriate as it is too soft.

It was held down by the friction generated by its long curved surface.

A great deal of waste was generated, a large amount of space was taken up while waiting for transportation, and scraps piled up, which became an obstacle to reducing production costs and other rationalization.

It is possible to perform proper pressing, and there is no risk of scratches or wrinkles caused by the pressing, so it is possible to have a pressing surface that is extremely suitable for subsequent finishing processes such as spot welding, and furthermore, it is possible to have a pressing surface that is extremely suitable for subsequent finishing processes such as spot welding. An object of the present invention is to create and provide a presser device that generates very little waste such as (scrap), does not take up space for waiting for transportation, and can reduce production costs.

Seimei's structure To summarize the structure of this study, a long groove is carved along the position where pressing is required in the upper or lower mold, and an elastic body made of urethane is interposed in the groove to create a pressing block. The object of the present invention is to obtain a presser device in which the blocks are loosely connected to each other, or are supported by cross shafts from the sides with a clearance so that the blocks do not fall off.

Then, under such conditions, when one mold fits and presses the other mold, the plate material sandwiched between them is strongly pressed by the sealed urethane elastic body through the pressing surface, Effective and appropriate pressing can be performed when the plate material is on a straight surface.

きる。g4 Effects of the Invention The present invention is applicable to a pressing device for a press die that requires localized compression under conditions of, for example, a heavy pressure of about 2 tons and a minute displacement of about 1 to 1 taa. By inserting an elastic body 13 made of urethane into the hole, the above problem is solved, and the plate material can be straightened without forming a curved surface on the periphery of the plate material as in the conventional method. Since it is possible to press the periphery of the plate material, there is no waste on the periphery of the plate material and there is less scrap, and it has become possible to process with the smallest effective area of material, which not only reduces production costs but also reduces friction. It does not take up much space while waiting for transportation, allowing for extremely efficient work.
