    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 内燃機関より排出される排気ガスを機関吸気系へ導く排
    気ガス通路手段と、前記排気ガス通路手段を開閉する制
    御弁と、前記排気ガス通路手段の途中に設けられ排気ガ
    ス中の粒子を捕捉するフィルタ構造の電気式ヒータと、
    内燃機関が始動状態であることを検出する始動検出手段
    と、前記始動検出手段により内燃機関が始動状態である
    ことを検出されているとき前記制御弁を開弁じ且つ前記
    電気式ヒータへ通電を行う制御手段とを有している内燃
    機関の始動改善装置。
