Abstract

PURPOSE:To remove burrs effectively, by a method wherein elastic abrasive is provided on a circumference of a rotor which is applied for removal of burrs generated inside a work and having a turning diameter corresponding to the inside diameter of the work. CONSTITUTION:Elastic abrasive 8 is installed on the tip part of a stationary spring 2 provided on a rotary holder 1. When burrs are removed, a removing device is set within an internal space of a work 9 and a positioning shaft 4 is slided downward. In this instance, a tapered part A of the stationary spring 2 is pressed by the tip part of the shaft 4 and the abrasive 8 is pressed against an internal circumferential surface of the internal space. When the holder 1 is turned under this state, the internal circumferential surface of the work is ground by the abrasive 8 and the burrs are removed thereby.

かなければならないというような二次作業が発生し、後
者の場合はパリを除去できない箇所が発生したり研磨材
の当りが強過きた場合はブレが生じたりした。

上記弾性研磨材を往復両方向に回転させ常に安定した接
触圧をもたせることによって均一なパリの除去を行なう
ことができ、しかも連続して大量の工作物に対するパリ
の除去処理を行なうことができるパリの除去装置を提供
するこよを目的とする。

磨材固定バネホルダーIの内部に位置決め軸4が挿入配
置されている。該位置決め軸4には6カ所(こ縦溝が形
成され該縦溝と上記研磨材固定バネ2が係合している。

記研磨材固定バネ2のテーパ一部Aを押圧し上記研磨材
固定バネ2を押し広げ第2図(b)の状態になる。この
状態で上記位置決め軸4が回転する。この回転に同期し
て上記研磨材固定バネ2が回転し、研磨材8が工作物の
内面を研磨する。この時上記位置決め軸4の先端は常に
上記研磨材固定バネ2を工作物内壁面に均一に押し当て
る役目を果たす。パリ除去後位置決め軸4を工作物より
