  1. 基準信号発生器と、オーディオ信号を入力して、そのピ
    ーク値にホールドするピーク値ホールド回路と、上記基
    準信号発生器から出力される基準信号を入力して上記ピ
    ーク値ホールド回路からの直流電圧によって制御され、
    上記オーディオ信号と相関のある基準信号を出力する電
    圧制御増幅器とよりなる録音レベル調整器。
