合焦を検出するようにした合焦検出装置において、結像
光学系の瞳位置またはその共役位置或いはその近傍に配
設されていて且つ一直線上にない少なくとも三個の順次
選択的に光透過状態になる透光部を有する遮光板と、前
記光電変換要素として備えられた二次元光電変換素子と
、前記透光部を結ぶ異なる二方向に関する該二次元光電
変換素子の二つの出力信号を前記透光部の透明化に同期
して切換えて一つの共通の処理回路に入力せしめる切換
装置とを含んでいることを特徴とする、合焦検出装置。
