    る防食された隔膜固定装置。 ２　隔膜取り付は砕がチタン製である実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第１項記載の装置。 ３　耐食加工がチタンの酸化被膜を厚くする方法である
    実用新案登録請求の範囲第２項記載の装置。 ４　酸化被膜の厚さが２０Ａ−８００Ａの範囲である実
    用新案登録請求の範囲第３項記載の装置。 ５　隔膜が陽イオン交換膜である実用新案登録請求の範
    囲第１項記載の装置。
