Claims (1)
- 電動機と減速機が一体となった電動減速装置において駆
動軸端と負荷側回転軸端とをトルクスプリングで連動す
るとともに駆動軸及び回転軸それぞれの外周に多数個の
透孔又は磁石を等間隔で設けたディスクを取付け、同デ
ィスクの透孔、磁気を検出する光学的又は磁気的検出器
をディスクそれぞれに装置し、駆動軸側と負荷側との検
出器の出力信号の位相差によりトルク値を計測し又駆動
軸側の検出器の出力信号より回転速度を計測することを
特徴とする回転速度及びトルク検出装置。・・
