Claims (1)
ハウジング内に、ステッピングモータと、同モータの回
転軸に螺合して軸方向に移動可能なパイロット弁と、向
弁の移動に伴って生じる流体差圧にもとづいて軸方向に
移動して上記流出口を開閉する主弁とを具備してなる三
