Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce a heat loss due to heat conduction and to enable heat accumulation for a long period of time, by taking out a heat source of an air conditioner accumulated in a state of latent heat according to requirement. CONSTITUTION:A brine heat pump 3 is operated in winter, through which heat is snatched from a liquid in a latent heat accumulator 1, that is, water, warm water is heated through a feed pipe of warm water heating piping 7, which is used for heating. The warm water which is at a temperature of 20 deg.C within the feed pipe is heated up to 25 deg.C by the heat pump 3. On the one hand, brine is cooled down to a temperature ranging 0-5 deg.C by an evaporator E, circulated within the latent heat accumulator 1 by a brine pump 5, inner water is cooled and frozen before long. Ice produced in this manner is kept as it is and used as cooling water in summer. Valves V3 and V4 are opened and the brine is circulated in summer, that is. Then, the ice is melted and cold water in the cold warm water accumulator 4 is cooled through a cooling brine pipe 2.

In addition, heating and cooling using a heat pump has the disadvantage that heat and cold from the load are radiated into the atmosphere, which is wasteful, and the heat pump must be activated each time.

The present invention utilizes the latent heat of a substance as a heat source by transmitting it to and receiving cold water or hot water of a heating and cooling system via a brine pipe or a brine type heat pump, and at the same time uses the load as a heat source to prepare for the next heating and cooling season. It stores heat for a long time and saves energy.

Then, the heating circuit λa valve λa and the cooling circuit,
By opening and closing valves v3 and vg of 2b, a closed circuit is constructed in which the brine pump circulates to the left. On the other hand, the condenser 0 of the brine type heat pump 3 is connected to the hot water heating pipe 7 of the cold/hot water heat storage tank.

Next, the functions of this system will be explained. First, in the winter season, the brine type heat pump J is operated to remove heat from the liquid, ie, water, in the latent heat storage tank l, heat the hot water via the hot water heating pipe 7, and use it for space heating.

The resulting ice is then stored and used as cooling water during the summer. That is, in the lt phase, valves V3 and VQ are opened to circulate brine. Then, the ice is melted, and the cold water in the cold/hot water heat storage tank is cooled through the cooling brine pipe 2b. Needless to say, the operation of the heat pump is not required at this time.

As described above, the present invention stores the heat source of air conditioning and heating in the state of latent heat,
Since it is taken out as needed, there is little heat loss due to heat conduction, etc., and long-term heat storage is possible. If latent heat is given to the load, it will be stored as cold heat, resulting in energy savings.

Furthermore, if latent heat is used as a heating source by a brine type heat pump in the winter and the heat of fusion of the solid produced by this is used in the summer, there is an advantage that cooling can be performed in the summer without using the heat pump.
