実施例により詳しく説明する。
This integrated compact and lightweight light irradiation means can be easily vibrated using an exciter, making it possible to track the pits on the track on the information carrier, thereby making it possible to stabilize the information. Reading becomes possible. A further advantage of the present invention is that the above-mentioned compact focusing means only needs to focus an object at a single point on the optical axis to a single point on the optical axis, and can be manufactured at low cost. That is, in the conventional method, a movable mirror is placed between a light source and a lens, and the movable mirror tracks the bit on the track. In this case, light would enter the lens from an angle, and the lens had to be designed with this effect in mind. As explained above, according to the present invention, time-series optical readout becomes possible using an inexpensive, small, and lightweight light irradiation means and a force-p oscillator that use conventionally used movable mirrors, expensive lenses, and the like. This will be explained in detail below using examples.

This light focusing means and the semiconductor laser are integrated to form a light irradiation means 3. The focused beam emitted by this light irradiation means irradiates an information recording section (bits on a track) 5' on the information carrier 5. This information carrier is driven (rotated) by a drive mechanism 6. The light irradiated onto the pits 5' is transmitted or reflected by the information carrier 5, and at this time, diffracted light is generated depending on the shape of the pits 5'. This diffracted light is used to reproduce recorded information by an information reading device T comprising means such as a photodetector. The information recorded on the information carrier is transferred to the drive mechanism 6
As a result of driving, the pits arranged in a spiral or concentric pattern successively cross the focused beam emitted from the light irradiation means, thereby being reproduced in a time-series manner. At this time, the information recording section (pit on the track) vibrates as the information carrier is driven. Information cannot be read unless the focused beam position is vibrated along with this vibration. Figure 1 4
The entire light irradiation means 3 is caused to vibrate in accordance with the vibration of the information recording section.
It is a vibrator that excites vibrations. That is, this vibration is detected by the photodetector of the information reading device 7, and the vibrator 4 is operated based on this detection signal. Various methods are known as means for detecting vibrations of the information recording section, that is, misalignment between the light beam focusing position and the information recording section. The technique disclosed in can be used. Information recording section x-
The light irradiation means 3 is caused to vibrate by the force oscillator 4 in one or more force directions in which the vibration is large among the vibrations in the y-z directions. As mentioned above, the feature of the semiconductor laser pickup device of the present invention is that the semiconductor laser 1 and the light focusing means 2 are integrated, and this is excited by the vibrator 4. In this case, the light focusing means may be of any type as long as it focuses the light emitted from one point on the optical axis onto one point on the optical axis. Therefore, it can be easily achieved by using a single lens or a combination of multiple lenses, or by using a hologram lens or kinoform, which are well known per se.
