Abstract

PURPOSE:To miniaturize a sensor and to facilitate the attachment thereof to an apparatus, by forming an electrode from a hollow body while providing a temp. sensor in the hollow body. CONSTITUTION:Electric conductivity measuring electrodes 9-1, 9-2 inserted through insert holes 7b formed to a mount member 7 are constituted from fine hollow conductor and a temp. sensor 11 such as a platinum drug or a thermistor is provided in either one of said electrodes, for example, in the electrode 9-1. By this constitution, the mounting of the measuring sensor 13 to an apparatus is easily performed while the peripheral temp. of the electrode 9-1 can be accurately measurd and, therefore, extremely accurate temp. compensation can be performed to the measuring result of electric conductivity.
