  1. 無終端状に運行される焼板の一端よりその焼板表面に紙
    ロール体から巻戻された紙が連続的に供給され、この紙
    を介して菓子生地が焼成されて成る連続菓子焼成装置に
    おいて、前記焼板を支持する支持枠の先端に一対の支持
    部材を突設し、これ′　ら支持部材間に前記紙ロール体
    を回転自在に支承する保持枠を抜差自在に構成して成る
    ゛ことを特徴とする連続菓子焼成装置。
