Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. フィルタエレメントを収納する濾過室が形成された筒状
    のケースの開口端にブラケットをシールしつつ取付け、
    このブラケットにそれぞれ前記濾過室の吸込側と吐出側
    とのいずれか一方に連通ずるインポートとアウトポート
    とを形成し、前記ブラケットに前記インボートと前記ア
    ウトポートとを連通ずるバイパス路を形成するとともに
    弁座を有して前記バイパス路の一部に交叉する筒状の弁
    作動孔を形成し、この弁作動孔に前記弁座に接合して前
    記バイパス路を閉止するピストン型の弁体を閉止方向へ
    付勢してスライド自在に嵌合し、前記弁体の外周にこの
    弁体を境として前記バイパス路の吸込側と吐出側とを連
    通ずる溝を前記弁座に近づけて形成したことを特徴とす
    るオイルフィルタの逃し弁。
