    窒化珪素等の非酸化物系セラミックスから成る加熱炉に
    於ける被加熱体支持部材において、前記主体の下方部、
    前記主体の載置部の少なくともいずれか一方に空隙が形
    成したことを特徴とする被加熱炉に於ける被加熱体支持
    部材。
