    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 車体幅方向と垂直な断面において、車体側に固定される
    略水平な上下２つの基端部と、該２つの基端部と連続し
    車一体外力に突出するよう略コの字形に形成された突出
    端部とを備え、合成樹脂材料により形成されたバンパー
    表皮、を有する自動車用バンパーにおいて、前記基端部
    と前記突出端部との連続部に段部を形成するとともに、
    該段部より車体側の前記基端部の剛性を該段部より車体
    外方の前記突出端部の剛性より大きくしたことを特、　
    　徴とする自動車用バンパー。
