Claims

[Scope of utility model registration request]

(1) A coil is wound in multiple layers with an interlayer insulating material interposed between the layers, and an insulating material is further wound around the outer periphery of the coil, which is then impregnated with a thermosetting resin and cast, and the outer surface is roughened and shaped. After cutting, a different thermosetting resin is integrally coated to produce a double mold type molded coil. A molded coil characterized by having a unique insulating material wound layer provided on the rolled insulating material layer so that the degree of cutting during cutting can be visually checked.

(2) The molded coil according to claim 1, wherein a different-colored insulating material wound layer is provided on the outermost periphery of an insulating material layer wound around the outer periphery of the bare coil portion.
