Additionally, when a large number of small items are stored in one container, the items are often stored in two or three tiers, but in such cases, regular partitions are not used. Articles are stored in compartments formed by assembling, then a pad sheet is laid on top of the partitions, and then a normal partition is assembled again on top of that to accommodate the goods in the compartments formed. The procedure is repeated several times to store a large number of contents in the required containers. Therefore, the method of stacking the contents in multiple stages using conventional partitions and storing them in a container is limited, but it is necessary to use multiple partitions for one container to form the tiers. In addition, when storing or taking out contents, it is difficult to handle items located on the lower level due to the height of the side walls of the container. Even if you try to store items from the top opening, then turn the container upside down and store items from the lower tier upwards from the bottom opening, it is possible to stack multiple partitions with a padded sheet in between. In conventional methods, each partition and the padded sheet are not fixed in place, and the plurality of partitions including the padded sheet all occupy a predetermined position within the container when the container is turned over or opened vertically. In some cases, even the partitions were disassembled, making it impossible to store or take out the contents efficiently, which required inverting the container.

The present invention was developed in view of the current situation, and when goods are stored in multiple stacks in a container, the function of a plurality of partitions and a padded sheet interposed between them can be achieved by using a partition plate without using a padded sheet. The purpose of this paper is to propose a partition that allows items to be stored in multiple stages in a container using only the composition of , is combined with this to form a compartment, and the upper edge of the lower partition plate functions as the bottom of the compartment formed by the upper partition plate, thereby creating a composite partition that is composed of multi-layer storage compartments in one piece. intended to provide. Furthermore, a through partition plate corresponding to the depth of the container is bent at the boundary between the upper partition plate and the lower partition plate, and this bent part serves as a support plate for the articles stored in the upper part, and this bent part is placed above the lower partition plate. The purpose is also to provide a composite multi-layered partition with a structure supported by edges. Next, the hierarchical partitioning of the present invention will be explained based on the drawings by giving several examples of implementation.

The invention is basic. For this purpose, a configuration is adopted in which a through partition plate 1 whose height corresponds to the internal depth of the container to be applied is combined with an upper partition plate 2 and a lower partition plate 3 whose height is also half the internal depth. It is something to take. Each of these partition plates is
A veneer or a composite board of an appropriate thickness can be used regardless of the material, such as paper or synthetic resin. A plate material having a height that matches the width of the container and a length equal to the inner width of the container is provided with many cut grooves 4 for assembling the upper partition plate 2 and the lower partition plate 3 to form a through partition. A plate 1 is formed.

In each of the cut grooves 4, openings are arranged along the upper and lower sides of the through partition plate 1 at intervals (1,) equal to the length of the articles to be stored in the partition, and For one of them, the distance (l) to the side edge of the through partition plate 1 is half of the distance (1,) that forms the storage compartment part, and the distance (L,) is approximately half of this distance (L,). l) are located on the opposite sides of the upper and lower sides, and the cut grooves on the upper and lower sides are spaced by the cut grooves on the lower and upper sides, respectively ([,) so that it is located on the center line of In addition, as mentioned above, the upper partition plate 2 and the lower partition plate 3 have a height that is half the inner depth of the container to which the partition is applied, and the inner depth of the container in the direction perpendicular to the direction of the through partition plate 1. A basic shape with a length equal to the width is used, and each side is divided into equal parts along the lower side in the case of the upper partition plate 2, and along the upper side in the case of the lower partition plate 3, and stored in the group partition. The combination grooves 5 are bored so that the openings are arranged at intervals equal to the expected length of the article. Here,

The depth is such that the lower side and the upper side of the lower partition plate are aligned at half the height of the through partition plate. Therefore, as long as the depth of each cut groove provided on the upper and lower sides of the through-partition plate 1 is the same, the upper and lower partition plates are of the same shape in each embodiment. An advantage of the present invention is that it can be shared simply by reversing the .

In the hierarchical partition 10 having such a configuration, lower partitions 11, 11 are formed between the lower partition plate 3 and the through partition plate 1 (or the side wall of the container), and the upper edge of the lower partition plate 3 is used as the bottom support part 13. The upper partition plate 3 and the through partition plate 1 (or the side wall of the container) form upper partitions 12, 12, and a lower partition 11.
The upper compartments 12 and 12 are arranged in a staggered manner by half the length of the compartments in one direction, and the stored articles 14 stored in these compartments are accommodated by shifting each half of the compartments, As shown in FIG. 5 or 6, the upper and lower compartments are commonly divided by the through partition plate 1, and 1/2 of the compartment area is each divided by the upper partition plate 2 and the lower partition plate 3.
Due to the effect of this shift, the upper edge of the lower partition plate 3 becomes the bottom support part 3, which reliably supports the stored articles 14 stored in the upper partition, and each of the upper and lower partitions. The stored items are separated from each other vertically, horizontally, and horizontally and stored in a stable state.

That is, in the through partition plate 1 in this embodiment, the through partition plate upper part 16 and the through partition plate lower part 17, which can form a height corresponding to the height of the stored article 14, are mutually shifted and placed on the same plane. There is a horizontal bottom support 13 between the lower edge and the upper edge.

In order to make the through partition plate 1 into such a shape, as shown in FIG.
Two folds 15, 15 corresponding to the height of 4 are provided, and the upper partition plate 2 and the lower partition plate 3 are passed through the partition plate 1 in the same manner as in the previous embodiment.
The cut groove 4 of the partition plate 2 and the combination groove 5 of each partition plate 2 and 3 are fitted together, and then pressure is applied to each partition plate in the fitting direction to cause the partition plate to buckle at the fold lines 15 and 15. As a result, the upper section 16 of the through partition plate and the lower section 17 of the through partition plate are mutually shifted to form the upper section 12 or the lower section 11, and,
The part defined by both folds 15, 15 forms a horizontal bottom support part 13, and is reinforced from the lower side by the part sandwiched between the combination grooves 5, 5 in the lower partition plate 3, so that the upper partition 12 and the lower partition 11 Similarly, the hierarchical partition 20 can have sufficient storage strength. In addition, in this case, both fold lines 15, 15, which are the depth width of the receiving step part of the bottom support part 13,
The distance between the lines is determined by the diameter (
1. ), and is preferably about 1/2 of the across diameter (1.) as shown in the drawings of this embodiment.

When the diameter of the stored article is approximately 1/2 of 0, the upper section 12 formed is half the diameter (1,) in the direction of the upper partition plate compared to the lower section 11. The direction of the through partition plate has been shifted by (1), and at the same time the direction of the through partition plate has been shifted by (2), so that the stored items are protected by partitioning the front, back, left, and right sides of both the lower and upper tiers, and the items stored in the lower and upper tiers are protected. The top and bottom are completely separated and can be stored stably. Although the layered partition of the present invention can be applied to all types of containers, it is especially convenient to apply it to Type A containers.

In this case, before attaching the bottom plate of the container, the layered partitions 10 or 20 are loaded, the stored items are stored in each upper compartment from the upper opening, and then after the upper opening is closed, If the items were to be turned in the opposite direction and stored in each lower compartment through the openings that went around the top, and then the openings were closed, it would be complicated and time consuming compared to conventional methods. Since the partitions are integrated into the upper and lower tiers, there is no fear that the items stored in the partitions will be scattered, and the top and bottom can be opened one after the other. Even if you do, it is very easy to take out the container by turning it upside down, and the benefits are truly great. Further, in the present invention, when the lower partition plate is shifted by half the diameter of the stored articles with respect to the upper partition plate, the upper side of the lower partition plate functions in a balanced manner as the bottom support of the upper compartment. However, the amount of shift is not limited to this and can be flexible, and the cut groove of the through partition plate and the combination groove of the upper and lower partition plates may include a lock and a lock hook.

A through partition plate is formed by drilling cut grooves in which the sections are arranged at an appropriate pitch so that the upper and lower cut groove groups are mutually shifted. In addition, the upper partition plate, which has a combination groove in the lower half that can be combined with the above-mentioned cut groove, and the lower partition plate, which is also arranged in the upper half, can be combined with these upper and lower partition plates. This hierarchical partition is characterized in that an upper compartment and a lower compartment are created by a through partition plate, and the upper edge of the lower partition plate becomes a bottom support of the upper compartment by shifting the upper compartment and the lower compartment. 2 The upper and lower sides of an appropriate plate material having a height equivalent to twice the height of the stored items stored in the applicable container plus approximately half the length of the across diameter of the stored items. In the case, cut grooves in which openings are arranged at intervals equal to the across diameter of the stored items are bored at an appropriate pitch so that the upper and lower groove groups are mutually shifted, and the height of the stored items is increased from each side of the upper and lower sides. A through-partition plate is formed by providing two folds at equal intervals, and this through-partition plate has a combination groove in the lower half that is equal to the height of the stored items and can be combined with the above-mentioned cut groove. The upper partition plate arranged in the upper part and the lower partition plate arranged in the upper half part are each combined, and the through partition plate is buckled at the folded part of the above two strips to create a through partition with these upper and lower partition plates. The board creates an upper compartment and a lower compartment, and the part between the two folds becomes the bottom support of the upper compartment, and the shift between the upper and lower compartments causes the upper edge of the lower partition plate to serve as the support for the bottom support. A hierarchical partition characterized by having a structure that is made of wood.
