【発明の詳細な説明】
本発明幻ス圧力容器中での液体に対する加圧濾過器用濾
葉に関する。

この種の加圧濾過器の濾過エレメントば、西１５″イツ
国特許出願公開明細書第２７４ ］−６３９号により公
知である。これには、圧力容器中の若干数の懸吊してい
る、濾布で覆、われた濾過エレメントが記載されている
。

かかる濾過エレメントでは、濾過ケークの除去は、該ケ
ークが比較的湿った状態で除去できる限り、大きい困難
に逢着しない。しかし、濾過ケークが乾燥した状態で排
出されるときには問題が牛じる。たとえば石灰の濾過の
際には、たとえば長さ２００Ｃｍ、厚さ３ ｃｍで、濾
布で覆われている濾過エレメントの濾過面上には、上方
から下方への厚さが２〜３ ｃｍの濾過ケークが生じる
。空気で逆洗する際に、濾過ケークは長さ２０〜５０ｃ
ｍの塊片で除滓される。濾過ケークの乾燥排出の際に、
これらの残滓は隣接する濾過エレメントの間で相互に締
めつけられて容器の底に落下せず、これによって排出が

第１図による濾過エレメレトは、穿孔された支持体１を

６．／Ｔ 、 ６１Ｎは、濾布の透過性部分上だけに
沈積しうる。

Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 １ 波布が張られかつ圧力容器内に懸吊して取付けられ
ている支持体からなる濾葉エレメントにおいて、透過性
濾布が特定間隔で不透過性層（５）を備えていることを
特徴とする濾葉ニレ、メント。 ２ 層（５）が環状に間隔を置いて取付けられている、
特許請求の範囲第１項記載の濾葉エレメント。 ３、層（５）が軸平行に数例けられている、特許請求の

２項記載の濾葉エレメント。 ６ 濾布が張られかつ圧力容器内に懸吊して取付けられ
ている 支持体からなり、透過性濾布が特定間隔で不透
過性層を備えている濾葉エレメントの製造方法において
、不透過性層（５）をプラスチックを吹付けることによ
ってつくることを特徴とする濾葉エレメントの製造方法
。
