    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 車体に取り付けられ、パーキングブレーキを作動させる
    パーキングブレーキ操作レバーと、車体もしくはパーキ
    ングブレーキ操作レバーの一方にボルトにより固定され
    た合成樹脂製のスイッチボディと、このスイッチボディ
    に上記ボルトと直交−する方向に摺動可能に組込まれた
    金属製のスライドピースと、スイッチボディに組込まれ
    ブレーキ操作レバーの作動によりスライドピースを摺動
    させる押圧部材とを備え、上記スライドピースにボルト
    の側面と接するアース接点部が設けられていることを特
    徴とする自動車のパーキングブレーキのスイッチ装置。
