    定させたレバ一式パーキングブレーキにおいて、前記ブ
    ラケットを車両のフロア上の突部に枢着させ且つ弾性部
    材を介して前記フロア上に保持させ、前記ブラケットが
    前記突部に対し前記弾性部材の附勢力に抗して相対的動
    きを成すこさを特徴さするレバ一式パーキングブレーキ
    。
