Claims (1)
- 光源と受光素子から成る光学式エンコーダに於て、前記
光源の前面に第１の偏光板、前記受光素子の前面に第２
の偏光板を配置し、該第１の偏光板と該第２の偏光板の
それぞれの偏光軸を互いに重なるように配置したことを
特徴とする光学式エンコーダ。
