Usually, when draining body fluids after abdominal surgery, etc., a single tube with a side hole drilled near the tip is used. In this case, a single tube is connected to a suction device to suction, but if the abdominal surgery is extensive, drainage fluid is being drained from all parts of the body, or if fluid is distributed over a wide area, such as ascites, etc. When discharging, it may not be able to perform its function sufficiently, and it may be inconvenient to use it, such as having to move the tube or using multiple tubes as necessary.

In order to overcome these drawbacks and inconveniences, the present invention has a distal end branched into a plurality of catheters, a main body with an integrated discharge tube, and an aspiration tube at the other end. The present invention provides a medical discharge pipe that is connected to a device for suction.

That is, the present invention is a discharge tube for bodily fluids, etc., in which a plurality of catheters are arranged in a straight line so as not to overlap, and the discharge tube has an oblong shape with at least 1/3 of the end portion being oval. This is a medical discharge tube characterized in that it is integrally covered with a tube having a shaped inner channel, and each catheter is separated from the distal end of the discharge tube.

以下、その実施例を図面に従い更に詳細に説明する。Hereinafter, the embodiment will be described in more detail with reference to the drawings.

The medical discharge pipe is a device in which a part of a plurality of catheters (1) is covered with a main tube (3) having a flat inner channel such as an oval or rectangular shape, and is integrated. The plurality of catheters (1) may be molded in one piece and cut off only at the distal ends, without cutting off the root parts, and may be covered with a main tube (3), or they may be made up of separate tubes and the main tube may be separated. They may be bundled at the covering part of the pipe tube (3). Preferably, the main tube f(3) is covered by at least one-third of the end portion (4) of the discharge tube. These are preferably molded from soft plastic, rubber, or the like. A plurality of catheters (1) are arranged in a plane with each other, and the tips are open, and the number is 2 to 10, usually 2 to 3. From the tip to the side, there are a series of multiple catheters. It is preferable to provide an open discharge hole (2) because the drained liquid can be sucked through this hole. The plurality of catheters (1) lined up in parallel at the distal end are connected to each other at the side, and may be of a type that can be branched freely rather than tearing, and a system that can be appropriately adapted depending on the purpose is preferred.

In this case, when the drainage tube is attached to the abdominal cavity or the like, it is inserted into the cavity from the distal end to the connection part, and there is an advantage that the drained fluid can be thoroughly aspirated even from the cavity (5).

X-ray opaque line (6) on the side of the main tube (3)
Providing a tube is convenient for determining the position in the body, and the plurality of catheters at the distal ends may each have an X-ray opaque line, or the entire tube may be X-ray opaque.
