互に異なる極性の磁極を等間隔で複数配置してなる永久
磁石体と、この永久磁石体の一部に対向するように固定
した磁束変化検知コイルおよび駆動コイルと、磁性材か
らなりかつ上記回転軸と伝動装置を介して連結して所望
の回転出力を得る出力軸とを備え、回転軸を中心として
