回転軸に永久磁石を取り付け、その周辺に基本構造が添
付第1図のごときステーターを配置し、これに磁気セン
サーを合わせ用いることで360度の回転運動をも可能
としたことを特徴とするロータリー・ソレノイドの製作
法。
図面の簡単な説明
第1図は本考案の一実施例の縦断正面図であり、数字が
示す各部については既述、スリットは、これにステータ
ー・コイルを一杯に巻いた時に傾斜磁界が発生する構造
となっている。第2図は通電時の永久磁石の状態の説明
図、第3区は傾斜磁界の各部の磁束密度を示す図、第4
図は永久磁石を4極とした場合いの動作説明図で、Aは
通電前をBは通電時を示す。この場合い、第1図に示す
ようにステーター・コイルを傾斜磁界が発生するよう巻
いておけば、小電力で回転部(回転軸と永久磁石)を4
