Claims (1)
- 流体の流入口および排出口を有する外枠筐体と、この外
枠筐体内において、前記流入口と前記排出口との間の流
路に設けられたノズル′と、このノズルの開閉を行う弁
とこの弁に結合した円盤状の隔膜と外枠とで構成され、
かつ所定の温度で急激な体積変化を起こす感温物質を封
入した密閉筒を備え、前記隔膜の前記密閉匣内側に可撓
性のダンピング材を、このタ′ンピング材自体のもつ粘
着性又′は接着材にて固定した温度作動弁。
