本発明はエツジと一体成形しだスピーカ用振動板の製造
方法に係り、振動板の心材となる発泡シートの両面に表
皮を熱融着する際、同時にこの発泡シートの外周部分を
エツジとして成形することにより、軽量で剛性が高い振
動板と柔軟性に富んだ軽量なエツジを形成する量産性に
