    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 内蔵マイクを有する磁気録音再生装置に於いて、内蔵マ
    イク入力を増幅する増幅器と、該増幅器の再生時にイン
    ピーダンスｚ（ｐ）を有する負帰還回路と、録音時にイ
    ンピーダンスＺ（Ｒ）を有する負帰還回路と、前記再生
    時の負帰還回路次段にて入力インピーダンスＺ（Ｃ）を
    有し、電圧増幅率へ■を有する出力増幅器とよりなり、
    前記再生時の負帰還回路と電圧増幅率Ａｖの増幅器の信
    号路との間に（ＶＣＪ生時の負帰還回路出力電圧、ＶＢ
    ＝再生時の負帰還回路入力電圧）ＶＣ−Ｚ（Ｃ）ｌ（Ｚ
    （Ｐ）＋Ｚ（Ｃ））・Ｖ８ノ条件をＶｃ″−，０とする
    Ｚ　（ＣＫ　Ｚ（Ｐ）の条件を満足するインピーダンス
    回路を接続したことを特徴とする磁気録音再生装置。
