    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. クリーンルーム内に接続される循環空気流入口及び空気
    流出口、送風機、冷却器、加温器、加湿器及び空気清浄
    用フィルターを備えた空気流路と１、外気に開放される
    外気流入口と新たな空気清浄用フィルターを備え、且つ
    該冷却器の循環空気流入口側において該空気流路と連通
    ずる外気流入通路とを一箱体内に収納すると共に、該箱
    体の側面下部に該循環空気流入口、側面の上部近傍に該
    外気流入口を設けた車番特徴とするクリーンルーム用調
    温・調湿装置付空気清浄機。
