In addition to being used alone, the nonwoven fabric with diagonal threads is also used for paper, membranes, and
It is also a reinforcement I for M-fiber webs, etc., and many manufacturing methods have been proposed, but as one of the most representative methods, it is recommended to While the two left and right circulating chains with thread hooks are running in the warp direction along parallel direct expansion tracks, a large number of thread guides are traversed in parallel in the warp direction at the same pitch as the above thread hooks. Generally, a method is used in which the tool is moved left and right in the 4M direction (, M), and the first few threads passing through each thread guide are intertwined by being hung on the left and right thread hooks moving in the warp direction.

In this method, in order to hook six threads onto thread hooks at alternating left and right traverse ends, individual thread guides parallel to each other in the warp direction must pass between parallel thread hooks moving in the warp direction and fold. It is necessary to return the thread guide and thread hook in parallel with the big-t
'', must always match exactly, and even though it is not 1', as the running time of the 32-y chain with all the thread hooks attached increases, it stretches on the left and right sides, causing the parallel pitch of the thread hooks to deviate. 61 difference 1 for the parallel pit t of the thread guide. This results in a problem in which a large number of parallel guides cannot pass between the parallel thread hooks.

Therefore, with this method, as time passes, it becomes difficult to consistently produce oblique bodies with a fine thread arrangement, and the fast nails become too small, and the mesh ff7.1 also becomes difficult to maintain (1'). The present invention was made in order to eliminate the drawbacks of this divine method, which is time consuming, expensive, and occupies a large area. While the traverse tool makes one reciprocation,
The thread hooking section was rotated by an angle that is an integral multiple of the center angle corresponding to the pitch of the thread guide to form an oblique body of thread between the left and right thread hooking sections, and the yarn was supplied between the left and right thread hooking sections. The light layer is used to sequentially remove the threads L and C and take them out.

Furthermore, as a method similar to the claimed invention, the Patent Publication No. 5
In this method, 1. 11. How to make the base cloth used for the keigabusa of the single board and 11. The thread is pulled from side to side through the projections protruding from the circumferential surface of both ends of the roller at one-foot intervals.
10, it is stated that this is the weft and is bonded to multiple warp threads to form a net, but as is clear from the explanation and drawings, it is clear that the thread t in the weft direction is simply a single thread in a zigzag pattern. The light itself does not intersect; it forms a network only by intersecting with a large number of warp threads, and in the method of this application, the circumferences of the left and right circles with the same axis and the same diameter. It is similar to t to provide a thread hooking part in the second part, but the difference is that a large number of threads are lined up 71 on an arc concentric with the circumference and traversed. Left and right9. When hooked onto the thread hook of IJi-, each thread is not only arranged in a zigzag pattern, but also crosses each other diagonally in opposite directions, forming a diamond-shaped mesh by the traversing light itself fOJ. The invention of the present application is clearly different from No. 11 JPY Publication No. 56-49721 in that it has been made possible, and is novel. , rod-shaped holes with a constant height from the outer circumference are drilled in a row on the outer periphery of two disks 2.2' with the same diameter attached to the left and right sides of the rotating shaft 1, dividing the circumference equally at the same pitch. Insert the thread hook 3.3' to form the left and right thread hooks, rotate @J and face the disc 2.2', and create a concentric arc with a radius larger than the distance from the center of the rotating shaft to the tip of the thread hook. Both ends of the arc-shaped traverse tool 4, which is a lightweight structure with a surface, are connected to two cylinders (1'#cam5.5'
By the rotation of the cam 5.5', the left and right threads +t'
1i311 and then traverse left and right, and the arc surface has a large number of holes 6 in one row in the circumferential direction at each longitudinal center angle θ corresponding to the pitch of the thread hook 3.3' as shown in Fig. 3. Oh (
・]Insert the thread kite 7 made of a thin tube through which the thread passes into the hole, and then insert the thread kite 7 into the hole. Distance between I+ tip and outer circumference of disk 2.2'? , the height of the thread hook 3.3' is slightly larger than the height of the thread hanger 3', or it should be aligned at a certain distance below. The thread guide 7 of the traverse tool 4 is passed through the thread guide 7 of the traverse tool 4 or in parallel in a circular arc shape, and the pitch between the parallel threads is adjusted during one reciprocation of the traverse tool 4. The rotation ratio of the cylindrical grooved cam 5.5' and the shaft 10 is set by using a gear, chino, timing belt, etc. so that the thread hook shaft 1 rotates by an angle equal to the corresponding central angle multiplied by the number of parallel threads. The number of threads 9 is determined by a tooth ratio of 11, and is accurately maintained and driven. In this way, a large number of threads 9 traverse left and right in a circular arc between the rotating left and right thread hooks, and at the traverse end. Alternate left and right threads] After crossing the tool, each prefecture is caught on the thread hooking tool and folded back, alternating diagonally in opposite directions, and the left and right thread hooking parts are partially 11F and there is no gap between them. Between them, there is a diagonal body 12f of threads with a uniform thread pitch (continuously formed).

Even if the distance between the thread guide 7, the thread outlet and the outer periphery of the disk 2.2' is greater than the height of the thread hook 3.3', the threads 91-,j are pulled out from the thread guide 7 at the traverse end. Since the thread i guide 7 passes over the thread hooking tool 3.3' as it moves laterally while being pulled tangentially from the outlet to the outer periphery of the disk 2.2', the thread automatically moves between the rotating thread hooks 3.3' and 3.3'. This point is fundamentally different from the conventional method in which the thread hook moves on a plane as described above.

Even if the thread guide 7 passes through between the front and rear thread hooks as in the conventional method, the thread hook is fixed to the disk, so the pitch of the Itoi tool 1 remains unchanged regardless of the length of the 11 seconds of operation. Therefore, there is absolutely no problem as in the conventional method VC mentioned above, and the accuracy of the intersection between the thread guide and the thread hooking tool is superior to the advantage of permanent weft beating.

Can you thread the left and right threads like the upper h1? The diagonal body of the thread formed between t+1 is sequentially removed and taken out from the thread hook using the warp material supplied in advance on the inner outer periphery of the thread hook 3.3' row of the disk 2.2'. In the example shown in the drawing, 3 to 4 threads are made at the front of the traverse position with respect to the rotational direction of the hook 1, R<L 14.14', and in the same way, 3 to 4 wood warp threads 16.16' are supplied at the traverse position @ rearward comb 15'fr so as to almost overlap with this, and the oblique body 12 of the thread is supplied. The left and right end portions of the yarn are held from the front and back, and the yarn is taken out through the rollers 17 by the warp threads 14 and 14' below the y1 intersection, and sequentially from the left and right thread hangers 3 and 3'.

In addition, in the process, other warp materials such as i, r, etc. are bonded to other warp materials, membranes, foamed sheets, fiber webs, etc. by adhesion or other methods.
By wearing one, you can get the effect of reinforcing them. Instead of the disks 2'2' of the left and right thread hooking parts shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, thread hooking tools 3, :3' are installed on the outer periphery of the left and right ends of one rotating drum 21, as shown in FIG. If the thread is crossed in advance, the drum surface between the left and right thread hooking parts is supplied with 41 yen 41, which corresponds to the full width of the diagonal body of the thread, and the thread to be diagonally crossed in advance, or the warp material, or both) 1 full adhesion capacity. The drum 21 may be heated internally or externally. In this case, it is possible to bond the diagonal body of the yarn and the warp material on the drum 2), and it is also possible to obtain the advantage of the first sheet reinforced with the diagonal body of the yarn on -δ(. .

This non-woven fabric was suitable for reinforcing PVC corrugated sheets.Example 2 A thread hook similar to that in Example 1 was placed on the outer periphery of the left and right ends of a hollow rotating drum with a diameter of 2 m and a width of 1.21 m. Distance between hangers? 1.2 With the same arc-shaped traverse tool as in Example 1, 150 500 denier vinylon threads were fed into the thread guide of the traverse tool every other time for 1 minute. The drum was rotated at 2.5 revolutions per minute. As a warp material, a pre-glued paper with a width of 1.2 m is fed from the front of the traverse position onto the drum between the left and right thread hangers with the glued side fully outward, and the threads are diagonally intertwined on top of the drum. The paper was heated to adhere the Japanese pattern to the paper on a drum, and the paper was pressed with a non-adhesive rubber-lined roller 17 and then taken out. The product is a reinforced paper with a width of 1.2 m, in which threads diagonally crossed with a pitch of 8.8 and a cross angle of 66° are glued and fixed to the paper surface.
It was produced at a speed of 7 m/min.

” Invention 11 of the present application A large number of threads are threaded between the thread hooking portions provided on two rotating left and right circumferences in a row along a circular arc concentric with the circumference. This method is different from the conventional method in that the threads are lined up in an arc and traversed to form an oblique body of thread on the curved surface between the left and right thread hooking parts. The fact that the thread guides are on concentric circles means that the individual thread guides can hook the thread on the thread hooks simply by passing above them without having to pass through all the threads between the thread hooks at the traverse end. 1
Even if the yarn is passed through a river, the pitch of the thread hook and the thread guide remains unchanged, so the crossing accuracy is permanently maintained. Therefore, the diagonal nonwoven fabric with a small pitch between threads can maintain its full accuracy for a long time. The present invention is a novel method and device that have the advantages of being capable of continuous production, being compact, inexpensive, and easy to maintain.
